I believe my employees are coming back in the middle of the night and stealing things for themselves. (It’s a head shop, so not the most trust worthy of people). Does brinks have a way that tracks when numbers are put in and what numbers are put in because they all have their own individual code. Please and thanks!
I have 4 camera’s but once we close down the store the power has to shut them off and they can’t be used.
Set up a security camera and do not tell them. If you catch them on it then call the Cop`s.
Put your own security camera in,This way you can record ,your employees action and have proof of the crime being committed.
You need to power your cameras - but without the employees knowing. Find a way to run them off batteries somehow.
You could try installing electronic keypad locks that DO log who comes in and out and at what time. Again you need power for these but they may be battery versions available.
Brink’s (now Broadview Security - renamed due to a spin-off from the armored car division) does have 2 methods to track who is coming & going & it’s cheaper than cameras (though those can confirm what your reporting tells you if they are powered up). You can use Open & Close Reporting - this feature tracks which code is used to activate & deactivate the alarm - you check it by logging in to the website. A higher level is Supervised Open & Close reporting in which if someone deactivates your alarm outside the schedule you determined with us, we will call you to notify you & tell you which user deactivated it. You can call 1-800-445-0872 & ask our Customer Care representatives about the service - they are available 24/7. Have your customer number & code word ready when you call. Thanks!
