Ok, my husband became fully disabled due to a heart problem called ARVD…he is collecting social security disability at the age of 35
we cannot afford our mortgage, even by me working 2 jobs…if we were to sell our home to our Aunt and pay her the mortgage then get approved for section 8 and still live in our home? im not trying to cheat the system, im just trying to not lose our home for the sake of our children…
Sec. 8 expressly forbids renting from close relatives. If you are found out, you may face expulsion from the program for three or more years. Is it worth the risk, once you have qualified ?
No you cannot be related to your Landlord and yes you are actually trying to cheat the system, get your hands off my wallet.
