i have a very odd neighbour who seems to be following me all the time, if i go out the back it is not long before he follows me etc; I feel he must be watching me through a camera of some kind and he is really winding me up, i am thinking of upgrading my security system at home to catch him, any ideas

I would recommend investing in some bright movement censored lights. This will alert you to any movements. For the day time use movement censors with buzzers.

i agree with ken y. buy a gun & do target practice in your front yard using the odd neighbor’s car tires for targets. enjoy that right until someone jerks it away from us all together.

Get yourself a big dog and take it with you wherever you go believe me he will soon loose interest, you should really contact the police they have experience to deal with perverts like him.

This is a very sad person who has nothing better to i have come accross such people they are dangerous keep a log and inform the police that this person is harassing you. He may be a pervert or a stalker
