Looking for low cost security monitoring surveillance alarm systems?

I have been searching internet for the best low cost security monitoring surveillance alarm system that I can install myself and wanted to know all of the companies offering such systems. There are a couple, but the one that got my interest was one I can monitor from my cell phone in real time. I travel a lot and want to monitor my home and business while away. I only found one compane, Low-Cost-Security.com which offers this option, so before I purchase, I wanted to see if there are others.
