dude, I tried that, but it did not work. Ok, where is the U_DISK in the pen drive? for some reason, what ever i do the date is shown as 2068 (year)!!

Please help!
Please give a detailed steps, you have only copied it from the maual/website!!

I tried this and it still says 1980. I also tried other instructions to create a file called ‘Systime.txt’ and used a utility on the CD which created systime.bin, restarted it, reset it. Still says the wrong time…
Please can someone advise how to do this?

Setting date and time for video stamp !!!

1. Edit a .TXT file, as: 2008-05-18 10:08:28 (set this to the current time, check carefully to use the correct format.
2. Rename the txt file as userconfig.txt
3. Insert the pen to your computer, copy userconfig.txt to the root of the U_DISK of the pen.
4. Remove the pen from your computer, power off the pen, then power on, now the time will be set.
5. When complete, the time will be saved forever.
