What is the best 1) home alarm security system 2) camera with monitoring recording feature?

My Mother’s house was broken into 2 weeks ago, and again this Friday. I want to stop the robbers before they get inside, and catch them on videotape for the police. What is the best monitoring camera that will continuously record for 24 hours, and the best home alarm security system with remote notification to my BlackBerry? If I am not with my Mother, I want to know when the alarm has been tripped. She is almost 91 years old and I worry about her. She was home alone when they broke her rear window in her home the first time.

I really want peace of mind for my Mother and my family.

    buy ADT , Brinks or a similar alarm system service for her. Also, notify the police. The alarm services mentioned in my post automatically call the police if someone breaks in.
