Option 2 is better for any computer, it has more ram, prossessing speed and all round higher specs.
However opion 1 has higher data storage on the hardrive. But if i where you i would buy option 2 and then get a hardrive upgrade that would be cheaper.
I think the 2nd one is better because it’s faster.
Go for at least 500GB but get two DVD double layer writers installed.
The latter has a newer processor than the first one (i think), it’s faster, apart from that it’s pretty much the same.
Option 1 is odd in that it has a Core2 Duo with DDR3 memory, i.e. the chipsets for Core2 Duo usually only support DDR2 memory. So, since I think Option 1 isn’t really a viable working option, I got to go with Option 2.
